Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or a different identity — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts. 6.1 kuy138 is required to verify the identity of all Users as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. This process — commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) — must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed.
6.2 To complete KYC verification, you will be required to submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

Processing times are measured from the point at which the withdrawal request is approved and KYC verification is confirmed. Requests submitted outside of WIB banking hours may be queued for processing at the next available window.
kuy138 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal that it reasonably considers to be unusual in terms of size, frequency, or destination. This is a standard anti-money laundering control and does not imply any accusation of wrongdoing against the User.
Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable. Attempting to withdraw unsatisfied Bonus Funds will result in those funds being forfeited prior to the withdrawal being processed.

14.3 kuy138 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally practicable. kuy138 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime, maintenance, or technical failure.
14.4 kuy138 shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure arises from a Force Majeure event. In such circumstances, kuy138 will use reasonable endeavours to notify affected Users and to restore normal service as promptly as possible.
15.1 kuy138 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes — defined as changes that significantly affect Users' rights or obligations — will be notified to registered Users via email to their registered address at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect.
15.2 Non-material changes (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, and updates to reflect changes in applicable law) may take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform.
15.3 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.

16.4 Notwithstanding the above, kuy138 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in order to protect its Intellectual Property or prevent irreparable harm.
